Our client in The Woodlands, is in search of an Accounts Payable Specialist with 3+ years full cycle Accounts Payable experience. This is a temp to hire position. This position is 100% in office and the pay rate is $25/hr.

Responsibilities:

* Process 1500+ invoices monthly

* Heavy vendor statement reconciliation

* Heavy response to vendor inquiries

Qualifications:

3+ years of recent full cycle accounts payable experience

Strong Excel and NetSuite experience Required

Understand coding of Expenses and Fixed Assets

Vendor Statement Reconciliation Experience
